We want you and your little ones to love every piece. Here’s how returns work:

Exchanges & Store Credit

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached can be exchanged for a different size/style or converted to store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition. We cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items (except for factory faults).

Factory Faulty Items
We work with some of the best manufactures around, but still it’s unavoidable 100% of the time. 
If an item has a manufacturing defect (e.g. faulty stitching, faulty zip), please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit — whichever you prefer.

How to start an exchange or claim

Email us at exchange@lucalee.com with your order number and photos of the item (and the defect if applicable). We’ll reply with return instructions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note - currently only Hong Kong returns are accepted.  Should you wish to return from outside of HK shipping will be at your own cost.  

Future shipping country refunds and exchanges will be updated as they are confirmed.
